WILLARD P. HARRIS PRESIDENT Mr. Harris serves as the Managing Director of COLFIRE since his appointment in 2005. He has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry and has carried the designations of Chief Accountant, Financial Comptroller and Corporate Secretary prior to assuming leadership of COLFIRE. He is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and holds the designation of Fellow of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) together with Cert CII of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) - UK. Before assuming the Presidency of ATTIC, Mr. Harris served as Vice President – General of the organization. Mr. Harris is the Chairman of the Appointments Committee of the International Hockey Federation (FIH) whose responsibility it is to oversee the appointment of Technical Officials for Outdoor and Indoor Hockey Tournaments worldwide, and Secretary of the PAHF Competitions Committee. Human development, education and mentoring is a passion of Mr. Harris and under his leadership substantial investment have been made to improving the welfare of individuals under his charge.	BALIRAM SAWH VICE PRESIDENT - GENERAL Mr. Sawh is the General Manager- General Insurance Services of the Maritime Financial Group. He started his career at Maritime General and has been with the company for the past twenty-five years.	JAMES CAMACHO VICE PRESIDENT - LIFE Mr. James Camacho joined the Senior Management Team of Sagicor Life Inc. in May 2006 as the Vice President of Operations of the Trinidad Branch. He is also a Member of various Committees within the Sagicor Group of Companies He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounts and Finance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries specialising in Pensions. Mr. Camacho has about 15 years experience as a Consulting Actuary and about 15 years management experience in the Life Insurance Industry Mr. Camacho was a member of the Board of Directors of ATTIC between 1998 and 2004 and since 2008. He was the Vice President Life between 2002 and 2004 and since 2009. Mr. Camacho is also a Director of the Board of Maple Leaf International School and is a Member of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.
DOUGLAS CAMACHO Mr. Camacho is the Chief Operating Officer of Guardian Holdings Ltd.  He is also Managing Director of Bancassurance Ltd, a Director of Guardian Holdings Limited, FATUM Holding N.V. and Aseguradora Mundial. Mr. Camacho serves on the Boards of RBTT Insurance Agency Ltd, Crime Stoppers Trinidad and Tobago and Servus Ltd.  He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Institute and a Board Member of the Insurance Association of the Caribbean	ASWATHANARAYANA Aswathanarayana is the Managing Director of The New India Assurance Co, (T&T) Ltd., a Subsidiary of The New India Assurance Co. Ltd., Mumbai, India, the largest non-life Insurer in India and one of the largest in the Afro-Asian Region. He is responsible for the Company's operations in Trinidad and Tobago and other Caribbean Islands. During his over 33 years of Insurance Professional experience held mostly operational positions in various capacities back home in India including the positions of Deputy General Manager, Marine Hull & Cargo, Aviation & Miscellaneous Portfolio in the Head Office and Chief Regional Manager, Bangalore Regional Office. Aswathanarayana has a Masters degree in Chemistry from Mysore University & Master of Management Sciences from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune. Apart from being an Associate of the Insurance Institute of India he is an avid cricket enthusiast and loves travelling and exploring.	ANDREW FERGUSON Andrew Ferguson, FLMI, CPCU, ARe, AFSB, is the Chief Operating Officer of Maritime Life Caribbean Limited. He serves as a Director on Maritime Life Caribbean Limited and most of the Maritime Life Caribbean Limited subsidiaries. He is also the Chairman of Development Finance Limited and serves as a Director on AIC Securities Ltd.’s Board. He has attained the following industry designations: Fellow of the Life Management Institute, Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Reinsurance, and Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding. He is a graduate of Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
DAWN NARINE-DALIP In her role as Vice President of Regional Group Business at Pan-American Life Insurance Group, a leading carrier of insurance and financial services throughout the Americas, Dawn Narine-Dalip is responsible for overseeing the Group line of business in 13 territories in the English speaking and Dutch Caribbean. Ms. Narine-Dalip holds an Executive Master's degree in Business Administration from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business in Trinidad & Tobago as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from the University of the West Indies. Ms. Narine-Dalip has nearly 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and counts the ASC, FLMI and FLMI/M among her numerous insurance designations.	ROGER HAMEL-SMITH Roger Hamel-Smith was appointed to the Board of Directors of The Beacon Insurance Company Limited in 2009. He has had a distinguished legal career spanning over 40 years and has served as the Chief Justice of Trinidad and Tobago on several occasions the longest being a period of fourteen months between July 2006 and December 2007. Mr. Hamel-Smith was the senior partner of M Hamel-Smith & Co before elevation to the Bench. Another major milestone in his career was his appointment to be a Court of Appeal Judge only three years after being admitted to the Bench. Mr. Hamel-Smith was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court in 1969 and a solicitor in the United Kingdom in 1980. He has participated in several high-level legal training courses and seminars throughout the world. He has also tutored at the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School in Civil Practice and Procedure.	PAUL TRABOULAY Mr. Traboulay currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer of Guardian General. Prior to this appointment he was the managing director of the Trinidad & Tobago Insurance Ltd. and Tatil Life Assurance Company Ltd. He was also the former director of Ansa Merchant Bank Ltd. Before joining TATIL in 2003, he served as general manager/director of Risk Management Services Ltd. and as a director of R & M Reinsurance Ltd. Huggins Services Ltd. and General Finance Corporation. He is past member of the Board of Governors of the Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Institute.
CHIP SA GOMES Chip Sa Gomes started working in the local and regional financial services industry nearly 20 years ago.  Initially he focused on corporate finance and investment banking with the local subsidiary of a leading international financial services company. He subsequently joined the ANSA McAL Group in 2004 in the financial services sector which comprises ANSA Merchant Bank, TATIL, and Tatil Life.
